We first offer an assessment in order to clarify present difficulties and select the best therapeutic intervention.
Our multi-method assessment approach is a clinical assessment model that emphasizes the importance of gathering information from a variety of sources in a variety of settings, using a variety of procedures such as interviews, observations, questionnaires and tests. This method allows us to enrich the formulation of the problem and better calibrate the intervention.

MBCT
