Make a request
For any new request to the Clinical and School Psychology Service, whether for a psychological or neuropsychological assessment, psychotherapy, or both, please use our online request form.
The process has two steps. First, you complete a short form with your contact details and the reason for your request. You will then receive an email with a personal and secure link, valid for 48 hours, allowing you to provide the information needed for us to review your request.
The current waiting time and practical information will be provided during the request process.
